On November 6, 2019, Li Zhongwu, Mayor of Rongchang District, Chongqing; Yu Guodong, Deputy Director of the Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau; Han Yong, Chairman of Chongqing Environmental Protection Industry Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Chongqing Environmental Fund"); and Pan Jiqing, Chairman of Shandong Aofu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Aofu Environmental"), attended the listing ceremony and jointly rang the gong marking Aofu Environmental's official debut on the STAR Market—a milestone that also made it the first company listed on the STAR Market invested in by Rongxin Fund, managed by Chongqing Environmental Fund.

From August 26 to 27, Han Yong, Chairman of Chongqing Environmental Protection Fund Co., Ltd., led a delegation to attend the China (Western) Science and Technology Finance Summit. Organized by the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and the Yuzhong District People's Government, the summit was one of the key events of the 2019 China International Intelligent Industry Expo (referred to as CIIE). This year’s summit featured a central theme of "Technological Innovation, Modern Finance, and Industrial Development," and included a series of activities such as high-level forums and project roadshows throughout the event.
