On October 10, 2023, Wu Linhui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Caitong Fund"), led a delegation to conduct a business exchange with Chongqing Environmental Protection Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Environmental Protection Fund Company"). Leaders from relevant departments of Caitong Fund accompanied the delegation during the discussions. Han Yong, Chairman of the Environmental Protection Fund Company, along with senior executives and department heads, attended the meeting.
During the meeting, both parties engaged in an in-depth exchange. Shen Jian, Assistant to the General Manager of Caitong Fund, provided a detailed introduction of several innovative business opportunities—products and strategies such as single-stock leverage, index hedging, and quantitative long-only approaches for private placements—that could potentially lead to collaboration with the environmental fund. The two sides then delved into detailed discussions on the specifics of possible cooperation, with Caitong Fund offering professional insights and tailored solutions to address the environmental fund's questions and requirements. Both parties expressed strong appreciation for their previously established, fruitful partnership and exchanged thoughtful views on future collaboration directions, ultimately reaching the following consensus:
First, expand the scope of cooperation based on our existing partnership;
Second, we will strengthen communication and deepen collaboration on future investment projects that Caitong Securities plans to develop in Chongqing.
This exchange and discussion deepened mutual understanding between the two sides, paving the way for them to further leverage their respective professional strengths, strengthen collaboration and cooperation, and jointly drive innovation and shared value creation.
