[Company News] A delegation from the Pujiang County Party Committee visits Chongqing Environmental Protection Fund for inspection and exchange discussions

On April 3, 2025, Zhao Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Pujiang County Party Committee and County Mayor, led a delegation to Chongqing Environmental Protection Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "the Environmental Fund Company") for an inspection and exchange. During the meeting, both sides reached several key agreements centered around "empowering industrial upgrades through fund investments." Attending the discussion were Vice County Mayor Wang Li, Zhang Shuai, Chairman of Pujiang Industrial Group, Mao Yongjiu from the Bureau of Economy, Science, and Information Technology, along with heads of relevant bureaus and offices. Representing the Environmental Fund Company were General Manager Wang Xue, Chief Risk Control Officer Wang Songbai, and members of the company's core team.
At the meeting, Wang Xue, General Manager of the Environmental Protection Fund Company, highlighted the company’s business structure, strategic development plan, and investment strategy, while also showcasing the phased achievements of the Pujiang Industry Development Fund, which was established in collaboration with Pujiang Industrial Group. County Chief Zhao Gang highly praised the fund’s professional expertise and suggested exploring new opportunities for cooperation in emerging fields, building on the foundation of their existing partnership.
The two sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on the "investment-driven industrial development" strategy, leveraging Pujiang's distinctive industry advantages and the resources of the environmental protection fund platform to jointly explore new pathways for driving local industrial growth through fund investments. By providing equity investment support and value-added services to innovative, locally-based technology companies, as well as helping growth-oriented tech firms with core technological strengths successfully establish themselves in the region, both sides aim to achieve shared prosperity in industry and economy. This visit and exchange have injected fresh momentum into their collaboration, with the next steps focusing on translating these initiatives into tangible industrial outcomes and fostering stronger regional economic linkages, ultimately contributing to the high-quality development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
