The company held its inaugural trade union founding conference and election, successfully launching its first-ever union activity.

On November 4, 2016, the company convened its inaugural trade union congress, electing the first-ever Trade Union Committee in accordance with the election procedures of the grassroots trade unions and based on the approval document Yu Huan Gong Fa [2016] No. 3. The election was conducted via secret ballot, resulting in the selection of one Trade Union Chairperson and two committee members. Following the election, the company also organized its very first trade union activity.
