Langkun Group showcases at the 2023 Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Forum & Shenzhen International Low-Carbon City Forum

On November 26, the 2023 Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Forum, along with the Shenzhen International Low-Carbon City Forum, officially kicked off in Shenzhen. Chen Jianxiang, Chairman of Langkun Group, attended the forum’s opening ceremony, while Zhou Cunquan, Vice President of the Group, participated in the concurrent International (Shenzhen-Central Asia) Zero-Carbon City Industry Cooperation Roundtable and delivered a keynote speech.
At this forum, Langkun Group focused on the green bioenergy sector, showcasing its presence at the 2023 China International Green and Low-Carbon Industry Expo through a specially designed booth. The company highlighted its latest products, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative solutions in the bioenergy field, while also presenting several flagship resource regeneration projects, including the Beijing Sub-center Resource Regeneration Center and the Guangzhou Resource Regeneration Center.
Zhou Cunquan, Vice President of Langkun Group, delivered a keynote speech titled "Becoming a World-Leading Ultra-Carbon-Reduction Bio- and Energy Technology Enterprise, Continuously Supporting Shenzhen’s High-Quality Green Economic Development." Drawing from the perspective of bioenergy as the optimal solution for carbon reduction in the international logistics industry, he provided a detailed overview of Langkun Group’s technological strengths, business models, and industrial plans across next-generation biodiesel, second-generation biodiesel, biojet fuel, and other cutting-edge bioenergy sectors.
Currently, Langkun Group operates two major biodiesel production facilities in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, with a combined annual capacity of approximately 170,000 tons. To date, the company has collectively achieved carbon reductions exceeding 777,100 tons. Looking ahead, Langkun Group will strategically capitalize on the growing opportunities in the green energy sector, focusing particularly on sustainable aviation fuel and marine biofuels, thereby helping Shenzhen become a global leader in low-carbon transportation.
